Linux Mint Hilfe > Probleme mit Software?

'mintupdate' und 'software-sources' Problem seit Python 3.6.3

Hallo,
ich komme nicht mehr weiter.
Ich habe vor einigen Tagen Python 3.6.3 installiert.
Nun startet weder die Aktualisierungsverwaltung noch die "Anwendungspaketquellen".

Aktualisierungsverwaltung:
Über die Befehlszeile mit 'mintupdate' erscheint folgendes:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/linuxmint/mintUpdate/mintUpdate.py", line 5, in <module>
    import gi
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/gi/__init__.py", line 42, in <module>
    from . import _gi
ImportError: cannot import name '_gi'

Anwendungspaketquellen:

Kann mir jemand weiter helfen?
